Bright Fortune Resources Pte. Limited (Bright Fortune) was established in July 2015, located in Singapore, located in the heart of business center in Singapore. One of the co-founders and shareholders is Mr. Hu Muzhong, who is also the Executive Director of the Company. Looking at Mr. Hu’s successful experience of managing a sizeable commodity trading company, investors invited him to set up this new trading company in Singapore to take advantage of Singapore’s low interest and tax rate and mature trading platform.

As the trading platform of Central Minerals in Singapore, Bright Fortune specializes in import and export of iron ore, coal and other raw materials. We have rigorous and long-term business contractual relationships with major suppliers and clients/end-users around Chinese Mainland, and we are also constantly expanding our business.

Business Strategy

We had experienced a pre-longed down side of the market in 2014 as a result of oversupply in iron ore. In the interim, the market price of iron ore is becoming very transparent and floating since the arrogant miners now is condescendingly to complete in the market with traders. Not to mentioned, the risk borne by traders was getting unprecedented high level. A re-invented new trading module by using derivatives seems to be a path for traders, and this is also one of the key strategies the company will go into.

Due to the driven of market, iron ore traders pressed to purchase the goods in floating price and sell them in a fixed price. Under the unprecedented fluctuant market, traders will suffer easily from the floating price in particular in the plummet market situation.

Bright Fortune Resources established in 2016, this Singapore platform has provided various supports for Central Minerals Group, including upstream and downstream relationships, derivatives business, bank lines, etc., and established a new fulcrum in the financial center of Southeast Asia for the headquarter. COVID-19 changed people's work and life habits, and at the same time stimulated the contradiction of commodities supply and demand regionally, which amplified commodities price volatility. Even though, Bright Fortune Resources continued to grow in this fierce market fluctuation.
